Vanilla (song)
"Vanilla" is a single released by Gackt on August 11, 1999. It was his second single. A DVD edition version with a PV was released on December 8, 1999. "Vanilla" was re-released on March 20, 2002. Vanilla is well known as a favorite among Gackt's fans, particularly because of a live performance of the song during Gackt's Mars Tour, which contained a fair amount of homoerotic fan service with his guitarist at the time, Masa.
Peaked at number 4 on the Japanese Oricon rankings. Enjoyed considerable success even after this and stayed in the charts for over 10 weeks.
